* After Netcut successfully installed, open the folder where the uninstall Netcut earlier (if you do not change the place of installation (the default), where the uninstall netcut exist in "C: / Program Files / Netcut").
* In the folder exists netcut installation file called netcut.exe (the last installation). Netcut.exe right click and select "Properties".
* Form "properties" will appear. Locate and open the tab "Compatibility"
* Check Compatibility Mode "Run this program in compatibility mode for" and select Windows XP. Whatever you choose Windows XP (Service Pack 2) or Windows XP (Service Pack 3).
